1. General Provisions

These Terms form a legal agreement between bd tk3 and the registered user of the platform. By accessing the platform or using any service, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services provided through the bd tk3 website, mobile app (Android and iOS) and other digital channels. The bd tk3 Android APK and iOS versions are available through official channels.

1.2 Changes to Terms

bd tk3 reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel any part of these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. If a user continues to use the platform after a change, they will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on bd tk3, a user must meet certain eligibility criteria. bd tk3 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if these criteria are not met.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate on the platform. No person under this age may use bd tk3 services. Users are required to provide accurate information about their age at the time of registration.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per person. Opening more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If bd tk3 confirms that a user is operating multiple accounts, bd tk3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit the balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, email address and other personal details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and suspension of payments. bd tk3 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

2.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. bd tk3 will not be held responsible for unauthorised use of an account. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the support team immediately.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

bd tk3 uses reliable payment methods available in Bangladesh for financial transactions. Compliance with the following terms regarding transactions is mandatory.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). bd tk3 will not be held responsible if an incorrect account number or transaction ID is provided at the time of deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The same payment methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

3.3 Identity Verification

bd tk3 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete. Users are required to provide the necessary documents to confirm their identity.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

bd tk3 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual transaction. The associated account and funds may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bd tk3 promotional offers are subject to specific terms. By claiming a bonus, the user is considered to have automatically accepted the associated terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000. Winnings from a bonus are not cash; withdrawal is only possible once the specified wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly bd tk3 Reload Festival: 50% bonus on deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20 times; minimum deposit ৳300.
• bd tk3 Cricket Deposit Reward: 30% bonus on deposit, up to ৳3,000; wagering 18 times; minimum deposit ৳300.
• Friday bd tk3 Special Offer: 40% bonus on deposit, up to ৳4,000; wagering 15 times; minimum deposit ৳300.
• bd tk3 Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,000; wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend bd tk3 Bonus: up to ৳1,500; wagering 12 times.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt is made to exploit the bonus system unfairly — such as creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other fraudulent strategy — bd tk3 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5. VIP Program and Cashback

The bd tk3 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the user's weekly net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

5.1 Tiers and Benefits

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Example: a Silver member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback is capped at the maximum rate for each tier.

5.2 Tier Changes

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity and contribution to the platform. While bd tk3 does not publish specific turnover figures, regularly active members will have the opportunity to move up to higher tiers.

5.3 Using Cashback

Cashback is credited to the balance first. bd tk3 reserves the right to set additional wagering requirements on cashback at any time, and this will be communicated to the account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and other games on bd tk3.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of a cancelled or postponed event, bets will be settled according to bd tk3's established rules. bd tk3 reserves the right to void bets placed on suspicious or erroneous odds.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in the software or system results in an abnormal outcome, bd tk3 reserves the right to void that round or bet. In such cases, the user's original stake will be refunded.

6.3 Multiple Bets

For multi-bets or parlay bets, a payout will only be made if all selections are correct. If even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. bd tk3 reserves the right to impose restrictions on combined bets for certain events.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd tk3 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

• Using the platform for money laundering or for channelling illegal funds.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software or scripts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's systems or network.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Manipulating the system by placing coordinated bets with other users.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.

8. Responsible Gaming

bd tk3 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, and it is important to enjoy it responsibly. We are mindful of our users' mental and financial wellbeing and provide various protective tools.

10. Service Suspension and Termination

• Suspicion that the account is being used for illegal purposes.
• Failure to complete identity verification.

Upon account closure, any applicable balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned, except where evidence of fraudulent activity exists.

11. Limitation of Liability

bd tk3 is committed to maintaining the quality of its services. However, the limitations on bd tk3's liability in certain specific circumstances are set out below.

11.1 Service Interruptions

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases bd tk3 will not be liable for any financial loss suffered by the user, though a fair resolution will be sought for affected bets or games.

11.2 Third-Party Services

bd tk3 is not directly responsible for the quality of game software, payment gateways or other third-party services. If a problem arises with a third-party service, bd tk3 will coordinate with the relevant party to seek a resolution.
